What is your return policy?
We do our best to represent each item as accurately as possible through good quality pictures and detailed descriptions. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, we will gladly refund your money provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned in its original condition and original packaging.
- You contact us within 12 calendar days of the shipment date to make return arrangements.
- The item is postmarked within 30 calendar days from the original shipment date.
Please notify us by e-mail that you wish to return the item and pack it to minimize any damage during shipment. Please also note that we will not be able to refund you for your shipping fees. The refund will be made in the same manner as payment received within one business day after receipt of the returned item.

How quickly will you ship my items?
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. If for some reason there is a delay in shipment we will contact you.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an easy, fast, and secure worldwide payment system. Your payment will be received almost immediately and without sharing your financial information with the seller. Where can I buy your jewelry?
You can buy our jewelry on our website LauraLandrum.biz or JamesonGalleries.com. We also sell our jewelry at various Art Fairs in Michigan. If you are interested in seeing our jewelry first-hand please contact us via e-mail for a listing of the Art Fairs that we will be attending.
Does Laura Landrum Jewelry/Jameson Galleries, LLC sell jewelry at wholesale prices?
Retailers can purchase jewelry from Laura Landrum Jewelry/Jameson Galleries, LLC at wholesale prices. In order to purchase at wholesale, purchasers must provide Jameson Galleries, LLC with the appropriate documentation for tax purposes. If you are interested in wholesale purchasing please e-mail us at [email protected] or [email protected].
Do you sell your beaded-beads?
At the moment we do not have our beaded-beads available for sale on our website. However, if you contact us via e-mail we can make arrangement for purchase on an individual basis.
Do you accept custom orders?
We accept custom orders, subject to the sole approval of the designer and we require a 30% non-refundable deposit before commencing work. We require the non-refundable deposit in order to purchase any supplies required for the piece. Additionally, due to the fact that it is a custom piece, if you do not complete the purchase we may have difficulty selling it on the open market.
What is a beaded-bead?
A beaded-bead is a bead that is made by sewing together smaller beads, such as crystals, seed-beads, bugle beads, etc. This creates a larger bead that is then utilized within various pieces. These beads provide texture and interest. Each individual beaded-bead can take upwards of 20 minutes to sew: The more complex the bead, the longer it takes to create. The woven pieces on the website are also hand-sewn. All jewelry sold, including the beaded-beads and woven pieces, is made by the designers of Laura Landrum Jewelry/Jameson Galleries, LLC, which is located in Port Huron, Michigan.
What are your creations made of?
Our pieces are made from Swarovski pearls and crystals, as well as some Czech beads, stone and other natural materials. For some of our pieces we incorporate vintage components, and our descriptions provide a listing of the materials that are contained within the piece. The metal components found within the pieces are brass, copper, gold-over-brass, silver-over-brass, gold-fill or sterling silver, and/or pewter. How durable are your creations?
We take great care to assure that our designs are not only beautiful, but durable as well. This is achieved by utilizing quality materials, such as Swarovski crystals and components, and proper construction to avoid breakage during normal wear.
How should I take care of my jewelry?
To enjoy your jewelry for many years to come, please use the following recommendation:
- Do not wear your jewelry while applying perfume, deodorant or hairspray, or while working with household chemicals and cleaners.
- Remove your jewelry before showering or sleeping to prevent damage. While we strive to make certain that our beaded-beads and woven pieces are well-made, they can be compromised by excessive water exposure.
- Take care not to drop abalone, shell, or other natural jewelry pieces, as they may break.
- To clean your jewelry, wipe it off with a piece of soft fabric or a jewelry cloth.
- When not in use, store jewelry in a box or separate compartment.
